MAIN PURPOSE:
The single-girder top-running overhead crane, installed at a railway rolling stock manufacturing plant, is used to support the heat treatment process of components, in particular their hardening. The crane ensures efficient transportation of workpieces and components between process stations such as heating furnaces and quenching baths.
An advantage of the crane is the ability to perform rapid no-load movements, which reduces the duration of the technological cycle.
The crane operates under medium-duty conditions with periodic loads.
