Main purpose:
A lifting crane has been installed at the facility for handling reinforced concrete products.
The building design originally provided for the installation of a double-girder crane with a lifting capacity of 10 tonnes; however, the customer required a mechanism with a nominal lifting capacity of 12 tonnes. Following the necessary analytical calculations of static and dynamic loads on the crane runway structure, the installation of a single-girder crane with the required specifications was proposed.
The single-girder crane is equipped with a digital display featuring an intelligent load monitoring system and a load limiter on the freight trolley.
