MAIN PURPOSE:
The primary function of the loader crane is the unloading and loading of straw bales. The continuous production process involves the intake of up to 100 tonnes of straw bales delivered daily to the plant. Unloading of bales from heavy goods vehicles is carried out using the loader crane. Operation is performed by an operator from a comfortable cabin, with the option of remote control via radio.

In a single lift, the loader crane unloads four straw bales with a total weight of 2 tonnes. During unloading, sensors monitor and verify the weight of the bales; after weighing, the loader crane places them within a 1,000 m² storage area with a positioning accuracy of up to 50 mm.
