Ship loading machine
The mobile telescopic conveyor can load up to 350 tons of grain products into the ship's holds per hour. Moving along the quay on rails, the ship loader can load even the most distant sections of the ship at maximum speed. For uniform filling of the hold, the conveyor is equipped with an extendable telescopic loading device, which compensates for the increase in material drop height as the ship settles.
The control system of the ship loader is powered by a motorized cable reel manufactured by PTE. The cable reel features automated cable winding, ensuring uninterrupted and stable energy supply.
Radio channel control provides full control over all conveyor system functions. The well-designed control system allows the operator to flawlessly perform all necessary conveyor movement operations.
