Prior to reconstruction, the crane mechanisms were unable to lift the rated load. Motor calculations revealed insufficient torque to meet the required lifting capacity. The motors were replaced with new units meeting the corresponding technical specifications. 

Additionally, the reconstruction scope included:
✔️Upgrade of cabling and wiring systems;
✔️Replacement of safety devices and switching equipment with modern equivalents;
✔️Modernization of electromagnetic brakes;
✔️Complete replacement of the crane control system with a modern solution incorporating Schneider Electric variable frequency drives;
✔️Retention of floor-level control capability.

The completed scope of work ensures energy-efficient operation and extends the crane’s safe service life.
