Main works performed:

• Repair of steel structures and inspection of all welded joints. Based on the results of non-destructive testing, all identified structural defects were eliminated.
• A new operator cabin was designed and installed, equipped with all necessary access and control systems. A load capacity mode selector switch with three positions was installed in the cabin: 5 t, 10 t, 20 t.
• The power supply system was upgraded by installing a motor-driven cable reel with a cable capacity of 80 m. A cable with UV-resistant insulation was used for power supply.
• Additional access walkways, working platforms and service access systems were installed to ensure safe maintenance of the crane mechanisms.

The entire cabling and wiring system was fully upgraded; all mechanisms were equipped with modern Schneider Electric variable frequency drives.
